Do I need to pre-book my visit to Linnanmäki?

We want to ensure a pleasant day of fun for everyone in the Linnanmäki amusement park area. You can enter the amusement park for free on all open days without prior reservation (with the exception of theme weeks iik!week and Carnival of Lights), unless the recommended daily visitor quota for the amusement park is being reached. By making a reservation in advance, you secure entry on your chosen day of amusement. You will have your own reserved spot from the daily visitor quota.

We follow the number of visitors in real-time throughout its opening hours. When there's space available in the amusement park, you can come and enjoy without a prior reservation. However, if the daily visitor quota begins to fill up, we will invite those who have made date-specific reservations to the amusement park. In such cases, those who have not made reservations, may need to wait at the park gates until enough space becomes available again. This way we ensure a comfortable and spacious experience to everyone.

Making a place reservation in advance requires purchasing at least the most affordable ticket option.
There are two alternatives:

  • If you do not yet have a ticket, you can purchase the Day Fun Wristband or the Day Fun Ride Ticket from Linnanmäki’s webstore, which provide access on your desired day of amusement.
    • The Day Fun Wristband includes two separate tickets: Day Fun Wristband, which lets you enjoy all rides throughout the entire day and entry-allowing Date-specific Park Ticket.
    • The Day Fun Ride Ticket includes two separate tickets: Day Fun Ride Ticket, which lets you enjoy one ride and entry-allowing Date-specific Park Ticket.

  • If you have a pre-purchased Linnanmäki gift card or a wristband bought from an S-group pre-sales point, you can book your free entrance through our webstore.

 

Are there any visitor quotas for the 2024 amusement season, and what is the maximum customer capacity?

  • We want to ensure a pleasant day of fun for everyone in Linnanmäki by following the number of visitors in real-time and if needed, by limiting the number of visitors enjoying the park.
  • You can secure your admission to the amusement park on your chosen day by reserving a Date-specific Park ticket in advance.
  • If the daily restricted visitor quota reaches its limit, we temporarily invite only those who have purchased tickets in advance to enjoy the amusement park. As the amusement park's visitor count eases again, we gladly admit more visitors.

We will be traveling a long way to visit the Linnanmäki Amusement Park. How can we secure entry for a specific day?

You can ensure entry for a specific day by purchasing a Date-specific Park ticket from our webstore. You can choose either the Day Fun Wristband (includes the wristband and the Date-specific Park ticket) or the Day Fun Ride ticket (includes one ride ticket and the Date-specific Park ticket). With these day-specific products, you can ensure having fun on your desired day, even if the amusement park's entry is temporarily restricted due to visitor quota.

If you already have a wristband, wristband gift card, or ride ticket, you can reserve a free Date-specific Park ticket from our webstore. By doing so, you also ensure entry to the amusement park on your chosen day of visiting.

I have Season Fun 2024. Does this allow me entry whenever I want?

Yes, with a valid Season Fun you can enter the amusement park every day, during the opening hours, even if the visitor quota is being reached. We always verify the identity of Season Fun holders when picking up wristbands.

We are making a reservation for our chosen day of visiting (Date-specific Park ticket) on the website. Which side of the wristband can I find the product number the reservation system is asking for?

In the additional information section on the website, input the last four numbers of the product found on the colorful side of the wristband, which are located near the wristband's QR code. For all wristbands included in the same reservation, has to be entered the last four digits of each wristband's number in the additional information of the reservation. If you have wristband gift cards, please provide the gift card numbers in the additional information section.

I am coming to Linnanmäki with an assisted person, and we would like to reserve a day of fun in advance. How should we proceed?

If the assisted person does not yet have a wristband or ride ticket:

You can purchase a wristband (Day Fun Wristband) or a ride ticket (Day Fun Ride ticket) from the webstore. You will receive a PDF file containing the ticket for wristband/ride ticket pickup and an entry ticket with the specified date of validity. Please write "ASSISTANT" in the additional information field of your shopping cart. Please review the criteria for issuing assistant wristbands here.

If the assisted person has already purchased a wristband elsewhere or has a wristband gift card:
In this case, please reserve a free Date-specific Park ticket for the assisted person from the webstore. This will ensure entry for the desired day. During the reservation process, fill in the last four numbers of the wristband + ASSISTANT in the additional information field of your shopping cart.

Is there an option to buy ticket products at the amusement park, or are all ticket products purchased in advance?

Ticket products can also be purchased in the amusement park. Wristbands and other ticket products are selled at the amusement park's ticket office, restaurants, and shops. Wristbands are also sold at the following games located at the main gate: Tikat, Onnenveto and Taffel.

Can I purchase an Evening Wristband in advance?

The Evening Wristband is only available for purchase at the amusement park and is valid for the last three hours of the opening hours. Sales of the Evening Wristband start three hours before the park's closing time, and it is fastened to your wrist upon purchase.

Our family of five would like to reserve an amusement day in advance, but we only want to buy wristbands for three of our children. How can the parents ensure their spots for a specific day?

If the entire family wants to ensure entry to the amusement park on a particular day, each individual should have a day-specific product purchased from our webstore.

  • The Day Fun Wristband includes a wristband that allows all-day amusement on all rides and an entry ticket.
  • The Day Fun Ride Ticket includes a ticket for one amusement ride and an entry ticket.

Alternatively, if your family has a gift card or wristbands purchased from an S-Group pre-sale point, you can ensure entry to the amusement park on the chosen day by reserving a free Date-specific Park Ticket.

I made a reservation for the wrong day. Do I need to buy a new ticket product?

Oops, mistakes happen! However, please do not make a new ticket purchase. Instead, please contact our ticket sales team either by email [email protected] or during the amusement park's opening hours, by phone 050 528 5609.

When should I show the Date-specific Park ticket, Day Fun Ride Ticket, or Day Fun Wristband at the gates?

We monitor our visitor count in real-time. If the amusement park has capacity for more visitors, we will not require the presentation of reserved seating tickets in advance.

If the park's daily visitor quota begins to fill up, we request that you present the Day Fun Wristband or Day Fun Ride Ticket at the amusement park gates. By showing these, you will be able to start having fun at Linnanmäki immediately.

I'm coming to Linnanmäki with a child under 2 years old. Do the child need a ticket product?

Children under 2 years old do not need their own ticket product; they can enjoy the park with their company.

I purchased a wristband from an S-Group pre-sale point. Will I be able to get into the amusement park with it anytime?

If you want to ensure entry to the amusement park on your desired date, we recommend reserving a free Date-specific park ticket in advance from our webstore.

 

Where can I pick up my Day Fun Ride Ticket and Day Fun Wristband?

You can pick up your Day Fun Wristband or Day Fun Ride Ticket by presenting the PDF ticket received from your advance reservation at the following Linnanmäki locations:

  • Main ticket sales that is located at the opposite of Taiga ride
  • Taffel game, which is nearby main entrance
  • Tikat game, which is nearby main entrance

I received a gift card as a gift. Will I always be able to get into the amusement park with it?

If you want to ensure entry to the amusement park on your chosen date, we recommend reserving a free Date-specific Park Ticket from our webstore. Please enter the gift card number/numbers in the reservation's additional information field.

I purchased a wristband from a hotel. Will I always be able to get into the amusement park with it?

If you want to ensure entry to the amusement park on your chosen date, we recommend reserving a free Date-specific Park Ticket from our webstore. Please enter the last four numbers of the wristband from the colourful side in the reservation's additional information field.

I purchased wristbands through an association and would like to reserve our day of fun in advance. How do I proceed?

If you want to ensure entry to the amusement park on your chosen date, we recommend reserving a free Date-specific Park Ticket from our webstore. Please enter the association's name in the reservation's additional information field.

I've booked my child's birthday celebration. Do we also need to reserve day-specific tickets?

The birthday celebrant and their guests are always welcome with the birthday party confirmation, without any additional advance reservations.

I bought a ticket from a tour operator. Do I need to reserve a day-specific ticket in addition to this?

We welcome visitors without advance reservations by presenting the Voucher you purchased.

Our group is coming for a team game. Do we need to separately reserve date-specific park tickets?

Your group's contact person or competition leader will pick up your group from the entrance of the Sea Life from Tivolitie. We will manage the arrangements so you do not need to make advance reservations. If you get separated from your group, please provide your group's name at the amusement park gates, and our security personnel will gladly assist you in reuniting.

I'm coming to pick up the ticket product I purchased online. Can I enter even if the gates have been closed due to the visitor quota being reached?

When you have pre-reserved a ticket product online and have entered the order number from your purchase into the additional information field, you will be able to pick up your ticket product from the amusement park's ticket sales booths, even if the amusement park's visitor capacity has been temporarily restricted.

We want to come to the amusement park to only use the free children's rides. Is that still possible?

There are seven free children's rides available. We recommend arriving to enjoy them right after the amusement park opens, as you can usually enter the park without advance reservations at that time.

If I have a Date-specific Park Ticket and Day Fun Wristband / Day Fun Ride Ticket, can I leave the amusement park during the day and come back to enjoy later?

With a day-specific ticket product, you can enjoy the entire day of amusement. Please be prepared to show your ticket product and booking confirmation at Linnanmäki gates when asked. Our security personnel are always happy to help at the entrance gates.

I have come to the amusement park with my family and want to quickly visit my car. If I leave the park, will I be able to re-enter if the gates are closed during this time?

We recommend arranging this with the security personnel at the gate in advance, so that you can smoothly re-enter the amusement park if the visitor quota has been reached.
