Carnival of Light 2023 has come to an end.

SPARKLING PROGRAM OF THE CARNIVAL OF LIGHT

The enchanting Carnival of Light finalizes the Amusement Park Season 2023. During the carnival, you can witness the magnificent display of colours in the amusement park, experience immersive fire and light shows, and encounter sparkling light figures.

The Carnival of Light, and the entire Linnanmäki amusement season in 2023 will come to an end on Sunday, October 22nd, just before the park closes, when Linnanmäki's Brakemasters will ride together for the last Roller Coaster ride of the season, with horns blaring!

 

The Carnival of Light brings shine to October.
The Carnival is open as follows:

  • Thu-Fri 12.–13.10. from 16 to 22.
  • Sat-Sun 14.–22.10. from 13 to 22.


As the evening darkens, there will be fantastic performances throughout the amusement park: 

  • BELENOS GROUP OF ARTS
    In this dancers' light show, colourful LED-equipment, enchanting costumes, and dance come together. Various light props are used, creating beautiful patterns for the audience to admire.

  • SAMBA SCHOOL IMPERIO DO PAPAGAION  
    A colourful samba group dances as a parade around the park.
    Note: Weather permitting.

  • FIRE ARTIST PRIMAL FLAME
    Fire Artist Primal Flame creates an impressive spectacle on stage, featuring fire swallowing, prop manipulation, fire breathing, and magnificent bursts of flame. The performance includes both historical carnival vibes and a mystical Steampunk spirit!
    Note: Weather permitting.

  • LIGHT BUS AND CIRCUS GROUP TIPTOP WALKERS
    Inside this fantastically lit bus, a dazzling circus group performs.

  • TAIJA TAIKA
    Taija Taika and giant soap bubbles delight early evening visitors near the main gates during the autumn break week from October 16th to 22nd.

  • THE MOTEL
    The horror attraction, Motel, known from iik!week, will also send shivers down your spine during the Carnival of Light! Wristband or ride ticket required. Motel opens its doors every evening at 17 and remains open until the amusement park closes. There will be actors inside. Recommended age: +15 years.

 

CARNIVAL OF LIGHT FIGURES

In addition to spectacular performances, there are impressive light figures around the park:

  • Princesses
    The enchanting princesses of the Carnival of Light shine in the park.
  • Mrs. Mirror and Mr. Mirror
    The stunningly sparkling couple dances in the park.
  • Butterflies
    The beautifully gliding Butterflies delight the visitors at the Carnival of Light.

In addition, Rolle and the Friend move around in the park daily from 14 to 20 (on October 12th and 13th, from 16 to 21).


THE GIGS AT KEIDAS

Throughout the Carnival of Light, Terrace Restaurant Keidas has live music every evening at 20:30-21:30.
